Minecraft failed to download file. 1.12.json

I have a couple mods put into my mods folder and none of them are showing up in Minecraft, only the default forge mods. I have downloaded multiple versions of forge and the different mods. I don't know what's wrong, if you happen to know the answer or anything to help me then please let me know.

I am getting this same issue; log file posted below. I am running Avast and checked my firewall settings to allow this to work. I tried turning off my firewall and it made no difference. Finally got a reply from Twitch Support: It appears, that your modpack uses “a bad version of forge” can’t be uploaded due to a bad zip or corruption.

It is not a virus. Windows SmartScreen filters out new unknown software. For some reason someone probably reported it to Google as a virus rather than tell me. I've updated the download to be on GitHub.
